I really like my new Nightstand. It's a good size- I like using small chest of drawers for my nightstands, as opposed to anything smaller. This one is pretty. I gave it 3 stars for a few reasons, however. 1- One of the drawer faces was marked up. I'm not sure how it got scuffed up, because it was wrapped in tons of styrofoam and gauze. The only thing I can imagine is that it was like that before it was packaged. It's not a huge deal- I can always get some touch up paint, but I probably won't since it's barely noticeable when assembled in the whole unit. I just made sure to put that as the bottom drawer-- but it's still disappointing to receive a brand new product with defects. I was also missing one of the screws- but it wasn't a major support screw. I just made sure the missing piece was between two other ones that were secure. The other star, I took off was because the instructions were hard to read- in that the only "Instructions" were black and white sketches. No words were used whatsoever in the assemble. I find it more difficult to assemble from a 2-D picture, but it is possible. Lastly, 1 of the 3 drawers doesn't slide smoothly and another slides too smoothly. I think this has something to do with the rails (parts G & H) coming attached in the packaging, but are required to detach from each other in the building process. it would be far more helpful for them to come separately, since it's not very clear how to separate them. I had to Youtube a video to try and figure it out-- and ended up figuring it out by accident. Overall- I like how this dresser adds to my decor- The drawers aren't super deep, but nightstands aren't meant for actual wardrobe items... But I was disappointed by the aforementioned flaws with this product.It is gorgeous but very difficult to install. Moreover inside the box, space is not so spacious.
