I recieved the drawer without handles and the manufacture sent them out ASAP. They kept their word to reconcile the order.Perfect for storage in my Volvo xc70, great steel, very sturdy and 1/4 of the price since it wasn't intended for a truckIt would’ve been easy if the drill two holes on each side of the cabinet walls to mount on my frameI had to buy a stainless steel bit and drill four holes two on each sideThe front drawers are already rusting and we have only have the product installed for 2 months.This Karpevta double drawer set was an awesome addition to our outdoor kitchen. Made of high quality materials, and heavy duty. Very happy with the purchase. We installed it along with several other Karpevta stainless steel products.great buy for the moneyI'm a contractor so basically I know what i'm doing when installing this product. Karpevta say the cut out or rough opening is 16" wide, well its actually 16 1/4 plus there are nuts on each side to hold the drawer tracks. Those are 1/4" for each side, that makes rough opening 16 3/4 inches. I had to reframe that entire area, what a drag! Also, one of the screw's for the drawer handle was stripped so I must rig that, no big deal.Love the quality of the Stainless steel but I need to contact the Manufacturer to request some spare drawer runners that have the ball bearings due to damage.I was removing the drawers to install into my island the ball bears just started to fall out of the mechanism, only on the top drawer, the other 2 drawers are perfect. I think during assembly someone Forced the top drawer into place damaging the runners. Can someone from their customer service contact me ASAP?!The product was scratched. You need to drill holes to mount even though the instructions say it comes with pre-drilled holes. The dimensions were not accurate, off by a few cms. Great price relative to big box stores.Installed it in our outdoor kitchen. It's solid and it looks great. Great product for the price.
