I give it 4 out of 5 STARS! Great craftsmanship, nicely weighted and took about 20 minutes to install. Keep in mind while unboxing that there’s an unattached base plate that you’ll have to screw on the bottom of the unit before you place it through your mounting hole. They didn’t pack mine in a plastic bag or anything so I missed it when I unboxed it. Later I was like “something’s missing.” Also the water lines are kind of short. My last faucet had plenty of hose; comparably these lines have to be at least a foot shorter than the ones on the last set so my hot water line is very taught. The cold side is directly beneath the faucet so no issues there. Other than those points it’s pretty swank. The hand unit is much stronger than I expected with unbelievable pressure. Not a terribly bad thing but I don’t recommend spraying raw chicken with it. The rotatable under spout is also really cool with the LED lights. Keep in mind these lights become less and less prominent. Guess we’ll have to see how long these go before I notice the change. It usually starts after the first year. That said, the under spout sits much deeper into the sink which helps with oversplash. It’s 360 degree rotateable so you can move it completely out of the way when needed. There’s a “note” added to this item saying “frequently returned.” I’d submit that it’s not for lack of quality because this thing is absolutely beautiful. It’s most likely the lines being short and maybe that high pressure “non adjustable” hand unit. You cannot soften the pressure. Either way, hope you have a positive sale. Best.
