The product is sturdy and attractive. My order was short one piece. The company was very responsive and immediately sent what was missing. The pictures show them to be a fairly rigid form, and that is not the case. However they do seem sufficient for what they are intended.They arrived in vacuum sealed packages, which accounts for the heavy wrinkling which many reviewer’s mention. The material seems to be a good quality fabric for the use intended.I did not like the appearance of the wrinkles but figured I had nothing to lose… So I threw them in the dryer on touch up for eight minutes. That really made them spring to life and I wish I would have taken a before and after picture.I can’t say every wrinkle is gone but it was a big difference, and they really popped into the rectangular shape nicely. I had a couple tennis balls in my dryer, so you might consider throwing a clean tennis shoe or maybe a hand towel or something when you put them in the dryer.They nicely store nine pairs of jeans, one in each slot. You do need to use the Marie Kondo folding method in order for them to fit.I give it four stars overall primarily because I think the pictures are just slightly misleading, but the functionality definitely works.I anticipated this item. They came promptly, I watched the video to see how to fold the jeans and I followed instructions. First off, they did not fit comfortably in the slot. Then to my dismay, they were too tall for any of my dresser drawers. the slots are easy to break. I would not order again.I feel like I was just as organized before I got these. They are somewhat flimsy but workable.They are probably a good idea for the totally disorganized type. Be sure to measure the length width and height of you drawers or shelves first.I read a multitude of good and bad reviews on this before ordering. I decided to try the jeans size piece to see for myself and here’s what I found. First off the people complaining about size either didn’t pay attention to what they were ordering or the got an incorrect product. I wear a size 18 jeans and they fit with a little room to spare in it. So that was a positive. The item seems to be fairly durable which is also nice. But it’s functionally useless. It’s way to flimsy with nothing to help it or your clothing keep its shape. The inserts are flimsy and there is nothing on the bottom to help it stay extended. And if your buying this, like me your obviously not using a dresser. Which implies your probably putting it on a shelf. In which case there is no handle to assist with pulling it out or pushing it back on your shelf. So I would say save the $17 bucks and just stack your jeans until a better product appears
